Public Smog/Douala

A series of thirty billboards installed across Douala, Cameroon, prefigure the possible opening of a clean-air park over Africa. The billboards combined images of the local landscape with fifteen slogans in English and French, interweaving rhetoric, boosterism, greenwash, and agitation.
